1 Nature Valley Granola Bar (smashed into pieces) (95 cal)

1/2 cup Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt (65 cal)

1/2 Tbsp Honey (30 cal)

Layer ingredients in your favorite bowl and enjoy!

I linked this to my favorite variety pack but these DO NOT say ‘Gluten free;’ the ingredients only say ‘contains soy.’ Although they don’t bother me, if you are more sensitive than I am- please feel free to use a designated gluten free granola bar.

This also could be prepared in a plastic container for on-the-go status. Great for a light breakfast or a snack!
